Treks typically range from 7 to 12 days, involving challenging conditions, glaciers (though receding), and unique Afro-alpine vegetation. You’ll traverse diverse ecosystems, from montane forests to bamboo zones and moorlands, experiencing an otherworldly landscape. There are two main trekking routes: the older Central Circuit and the Kilembe Trail, both offering distinct experiences and stunning vistas.
