Day 1 — Kampala to Murchison Falls

Drive from Kampala via Masindi (~5–6 hours), stopping at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino tracking. Arrive at the park by mid-afternoon for check-in and a first game drive in Buligi before sunset.

Day 2 — Full Day: Game Drive & Boat Cruise
